Transitional Bushcraft Course
Our Transitional Bushcraft Course offers you the opportunity to spend a few days of uninterrupted wilderness living hands on tutorial time in our expedition style base camp. Here you will be taught the skills to lead your route through the world of bushcraft and survival. This is a step up from our Bedrock Bushcraft Course giving you a more in depth experience with more time to practice the different elements, which may include;
- Camp craft & safety
- Shelter building both natural and manmade with the opportunity to sleep out
- Water finding/collection and purification
- Backwoods cooking
- Plant identification and uses
- Bushcraft tool use, safety and maintenance
- Animal track and sign and trailing animals
- Fire lighting and maintenance techniques
- Evaluating tinders
- Crafting with wood
- Natural navigation
