Green woodworking is working wood which is freshly harvested, in its green state, still soft with moisture in the wood. This lends it to being worked more easily with sharp edged tools. The pole lathe and shave horse are the work stations used in these ancient crafts. 

You will learn to use a variety of traditional and contemporary tools to make a selection of functional items to take home. 

Children must be 10 years or over. 


The two day courses are catered courses.
