On this two day course you will spend the first day learning about deer and what a stalker needs to know before being allowed to hunt deer. You will learn about checking the deer for disease prior to skinning and then butchering a locally shot roe deer. In the evening you will learn to cook backwoods style the game you prepared that day. Day two will involve learning cleaning and skinning rabbit and game birds with the opportunity to cook these up too.
